I'm Mark, a teacher working for the Summer Learning Journey you signed up for at the end of term. I was just having a look through all the student blogs and came across your washing powder rap! It was pretty great and you should be very proud of what you've done.
Now, I know you haven't started yet, but the Summer Learning Journey these holidays is all about travel and other cultures. It has heaps of different activities to do, and there are lots of students already participating. Some of the best things about the programme is that you can choose the activites you want to do, when you want to do them, and the points you earn from blogging and commenting can help you win prizes. There are also travelers, locals, and teachers commenting on everyone's blogs.
I really hope you decide to join in with your classmates soon, as I know you already have a talent for writing and poetry because of your rap. Which means you'll be quite good at most of the tasks.
Anyway, I hope you have a good holiday regardless, and a happy New Year!
Kia ora Charles!
